Terms and Conditions
Article 1: Definitions In these General Terms and Conditions the following definitions apply:
1.1 ReMediZ: the private company ReMediZ BV, located at Meidoornkade 22, 3992 AE Houten, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 74377353.
1.2 Customer: the natural person or legal entity who enters into an agreement with ReMediZ.
1.3 Agreement: the agreement between ReMediZ and the Customer.
Article 2: Applicability
2.1 These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, quotations and agreements in which ReMediZ offers or supplies goods and/or services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Article 3: Offers and Quotations
3.1 All offers and quotations from ReMediZ are without obligation, unless expressly stated otherwise.
3.2 ReMediZ reserves the right to withdraw or change offers and quotations.
Article 4: Prices
4.1 The prices charged by ReMediZ are in Euros and exclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise.
4.2 ReMediZ reserves the right to change prices. Changed prices apply from the moment of publication on the ReMediZ website.
Article 5: Delivery
5.1 The delivery times used by ReMediZ are indicative and not binding, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5.2 ReMediZ is not liable for delays in delivery due to force majeure.
Article 6: Payment
6.1 Payment must be made within 30 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6.2 If the payment term is exceeded, the customer is legally in default and owes interest of 5% per month on the outstanding amount.
Article 7: Warranty
7.1 ReMediZ guarantees the soundness of the goods and services supplied.
7.2 Any defects must be reported to ReMediZ in writing within 14 days of delivery.
Article 8: Liability
8.1 ReMediZ is not liable for any direct or indirect damage, consequential damage or business damage, unless there is intent or gross negligence on the part of ReMediZ.
8.2 ReMediZ's liability is in any case limited to the amount paid out in the relevant case by ReMediZ's liability insurance.
Article 9: Applicable law and disputes
9.1 Dutch law applies to all agreements between ReMediZ and the Customer.
